Contact and corrections

Use this page to understand how to report a possible error in an Embassy Atlas listing. We do not provide consular assistance or answer questions about visas, appointments, passports or individual cases.

Report a listing correction

Start with the Report incorrect information link on the relevant embassy page. Once the site owner’s email address is configured, that link will prepare a message containing:

  • the embassy name and canonical page URL;
  • a prompt for the field you believe is incorrect;
  • a prompt for the corrected value; and
  • a prompt for an official source URL supporting the change.

The current preview has no public contact email configured, so correction links return here instead of opening a broken email link. Embassy Atlas uses no contact form or third-party form service.

What happens next

A correction is a request for review, not an automatic edit. We compare the report with the relevant host-country diplomatic source, official mission website and represented country’s foreign ministry. Conflicting details are withheld until the official evidence is clear.

Contact the embassy directly

For urgent help, travel documents, appointments or consular decisions, use the contact details on the relevant official embassy or foreign-ministry website. Embassy Atlas cannot contact embassies on your behalf, forward messages to them or influence their decisions.
